LVFTZ Spiritual and Religious Centers
To cater to the spiritual and religious needs of the multi-racial, multi-cultural international population of the Eco City, the LVFTZA shall offer at No-Cost, half an acre of land to any spiritual or religious organization or commuinty. This plot maybe used solely to construct and develop a worship or/and social-service center and related activities. Any additional land may be purchased from the LVFTZA.
To avoid future complications or disputes it is prudent for any spiritual and religious fraternities, Orders or Organizations desiring to operate with the Free Trade Zone to consult the LVFTZA before they purchase any land within the Free Trade Zone jurisdiction of its 200 square miles planned area as any land purchase and its development must be in compliance with the Free Trade Zone Master Plan.
Such Fraternities, Orders or organizations shall enjoy tax incentives if they import certain goods, material, equipment tools and machinery into the Free Trade Zone for their development projects. In order to enjoy this privilege they shall have to be registered by the LVFTZA.
